Festivities kicked off almost a week ago, but the wedding of the daughter of India's richest man is
still in full swing with yet another reception underway tonight.
Bride Isha Ambani, 27, and billionaire property mogul husband Anand Piramal, 33, tied the
knot in front of VIP guests including Hillary Clinton and Priyanka Chopra at her family's
27-storey Mumbai home on Wednesday.
Tonight the celebrations continued with a sophisticated soiree in the
city. Father of the bride Mukesh Ambani, 61,
a businessman with an estimated fortune of $41.5 billion (£33.1 billion), was
beaming with pride as he posed for photos with his wife, daughter
and new son-in-law. Also in attendance was Piramal's mother, Swati Piramal,
a long-time family friend and wife of fellow billionaire
Ajay Piramal.
The wedding of Yale graduate Miss Ambani and Mr Piramal is thought to cost as much as
$100million (£74.9million) and has involved a string of events -
including a private concert from Beyoncé. Other estimates put the cost at $15million (£12million).
